As such, we are intimately connected to our employees’ success and actively seek additional ways to support our employees by encouraging feedback and input on changes to existing benefits and suggestions for new benefits that will benefit their lives and their families. Our current benefits include:

Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance – Anthem Gold PPO plan with 100% of premiums for the employee paid for by the company.  Additional family member premiums are an employee’s responsibility. 

Short Term Disability (STD) / Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance – 50% of employee premiums paid by the company.

Life and AD&D Insurance – $50,000 of Life/AD&D coverage with 50% of employee premiums paid by the company.  

401-k Program – all employees may participate after three months of employment.  The company provides a safe harbor contribution of 4% of the employee’s annual salary with immediate vesting.

Vacation / paid time off – new employees start with a minimum of 3 weeks of vacation / paid time off. After every five years of service, an additional week is earned with a maximum of 6 weeks.

Company Training – training to further employee’s development and acquire job skills beneficial to MR Consulting is provided on a case-by-case basis and paid for by the company.

Give Thanks By Giving Back

The three founding members of MR Consulting have one significant life experience in common. All three are adoptive parents, having adopted six kids from Ethiopia, South Korea, and the United States. For the past decade, we have been actively supporting mission work and charities that seek to better the lives of orphaned children in various parts of the world.
