Meeting Effectiveness Evaluation Tool (MEET)

The Meeting Effectiveness Evaluation Tool (MEET) is a diagnostic assessment used to measure organizational meeting effectiveness across five key categories.  Collectively these five categories represent the fundamental elements of the meeting process that drive productivity and effectiveness.  Learn more at meetingresult.com/meet

Survey Driven for Success

These five categories also map directly to the five “meeting killers” that form the basis of MeetingResult’s Powerfully Simple Meeting (PSM) System.  MEET consists of a 37-question anonymous survey that is deployed within your organization over a two-week period.  At the conclusion of the survey we use the information collected to develop a comprehensive report that pinpoints what is and is not working well along with specific recommendations for improvements.

Baseline and Beyond

Once our recommendations are implemented, we do a follow up assessment in 6-12 months to measure improvement against the baseline established during the initial assessment.
